John was my boyhood friend. We talked about all the issues under the sun. We drank too much. We sang too loudly. We explored the nature of spirituality and mission. A little bit of who I am today is because of John and his intense Catholic faith. Sally was John’s mother. She was a tender-hearted battle axe, if I may be so bold!
My mum loved gardening, she had a great faith and liked helping people.
Tim supported CAFOD throughout his life. It is a Catholic charity that provides aid to people in need throughout the world whatever their faith. Among many other projects across the globe, CAFOD is currently supporting numerous communities facing crises due to the Coronavirus pandemic and the humanitarian crisis in Yemen.

The heavenly choir has a new member.
Mum was a great supporter of CAFOD's work reaching out to people living in poverty, asking that we buy a World Gift from them at Christmas and on her birthday instead of "giving her things she didn't need!" Through this she could provide water for a family, an emergency shelter, school supplies, seeds for crops and even a goat.

Mary was a truly dedicated, mother, daughter and wife. She lived through the tragedy of the loss of her son Kevin, daughter Nicky and finally her mother Gwen. It was only 16 days after Gwens death that Mary joined her family in the peace of God in heaven.
