Our Dad, Len, was a generous supporter of many charities, especially CAFOD; he always felt that we should help those who, for whatever reason, did not enjoy the same good fortune that had blessed him and his family. When we recently heard about the Candlelight Fund, we immediately wanted to create a fund in Dad's memory.

This Candlelight Fund has been created by Lewis Farrugia to celebrate the life of his wife, Josette. All donations made in Josette's memory will be used to support CAFOD's work with some of the world's poorest communities. Thank you so much.
Mary loved travelling, living in Uganda and Botswana, and visiting countless countries across the world. Always a supporter of CAFOD, its values and work, this page celebrates and remembers her. She would be happy to know that she is still helping.
This fund is in memory of Joyce Dobra, a loving mum, granny & great-granny, who passed away on 25th June 2024, aged 98. An amazing lady. Greatly missed by Stephen & Tony & both their families.

Rita was a truly remarkable woman who always put the needs of others before her own. She was totally selfless and would never see anyone be lonely, hungry or in need of care. We have created this Candlelight Fund in Rita's memory to support the valuable work done by CAFOD around the world.

Mildred Von Fragstein

This site is a tribute to Mildred von Fragstein. She is much loved and will always be remembered.
Mary died on the 8th of June 2016 aged 59 due to complications relating to Huntington's disease. Mary had dealt with her illness with great bravery and very few complaints. She maintained her faith and attended weekly mass until a few days before her death.
This Candlelight Fund has been created by Dina Bartle in loving memory of her aunt, Renate Warburg, so that her friends and family may keep her memory alive.

The fund was set up in memory of Carmel by her sister Cath and brother in law Pete. She passed away in August 2015 leaving her Loving husband Chris and 3 daughters, Annalise, Rhiannon and Mia.
The Anna Maria Law Candlelight Fund
Following his sudden passing, we have set up this fund to honour his memory as CAFOD was a cause that has been close to his heart for many years. He was passionate about helping to provide those less fortunate with the means to build a better life, and followed the progress of communities supported by the charity.
